We, the elected board members of One Cainta Scholar, under God’s sovereign guidance and control, shall establish an organization that will embody our ideals, develop our potential, and promote integrity and the welfare of the organization. We do hereby adopt this Constitution and undertake to obey and uphold the laws and customs of our organization.
