The Junior Association of Local Colleges and Universities in the Philippines, recognized as the esteemed student council and youth arm of the Association of Local Universities and Colleges-Philippines, endeavors to cultivate and nurture the potential of emerging leaders who will shape the nation's future. As a student leaders coalition of local universities and colleges across the Philippines, the organization remains steadfast in providing a dynamic platform for the youth to acquire knowledge, establish harmonious relationships, advocate students' rights and welfare, and promote camaraderie among all LUCs (local government funded Universities and Colleges). The distinguished leaders of Junior ALCU Philippines have orchestrated various programs and activities to fulfill these objectives. Our National Executive Board, Junior Council Officers, and National Committee consisting of student leaders from different regions of the Philippines such as the National Capital Region, Calabarzon Region, Northern Mindanao, Bicol Region, Davao Region, Mimaropa Region, Central Luzon Region with almost 50 active student leaders actively participating and contributing to our agendas to enhance the quality and accessibility of the education that runs down to approximately 60 Local Funded Universities and Colleges institutional members of our mother organization the Association of Local Colleges and Universities -Philippines.
