The Kalinga Association of Innovative DOST Scholars (KAInDS) is a group of young individuals who share the same passion for service and are dedicated to the improvement and development of the community. Established in response to the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Scholars Leadership Boot Camp held in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, KAInDS. KAInDS was created with the goal of developing more scholars from the province, creating partnerships with agencies, and providing service to the community. After undergoing various seminars, workshops, and completing all the required documents, KAInDS received its Certificate of Registration from the Office of the Governor, recognizing it as part of the registered Provincial Youth Serving organization in Kalinga.
