a) Provide academic help through a system of knowledge sharing by learners and volunteers from different learning institutions via different methods of teaching-learning process. b) Refer mental health concerns of its clienteles to proper mental health professionals, or the Guidance Counselling and Testing Office of Catanduanes State University, or to other non-government organizations or local government agencies. c) Develop a sense of volunteerism among the stakeholders of the organization that supports the needs of the educational system of the Philippines. d) Bridge linkages between institutions of education in the province of Catanduanes to promote the organization’s objectives. e) Create an additional knowledge sharing platform that promotes academic honesty and integrity. f) Organize educational frameworks, programs, projects, and activities that values, upskill, and increase the knowledge of youth. g) Contribute in the positive development of the youth sector through initiatives anchored Vision Statements for Youth by Participation Cluster h) Positively shape the political landscape of youth governance in the Province of Catanduanes through deliberative democracy models. i) Advance capability development of research and research-related skills of youth and young professionals through initiatives attached with academic institutions. j) Participate and organize initiatives that is related to SDG 13: Climate Action. k) Formulate, implement and coordinate frameworks, activities, projects and/or programs related to the objectives of the organization. l) Stand for the protection and reservation of the rights and privileges of the organization.
