Active Citizenship

The Pigcawayan Volleyball Association shall be the formal name of the group. It is a sporting group that will be made up of all the men volleyball players in the Municipality of Pigcawayan. A planned and organized program of activities, instruction, training, and practices will promote the growth and development of the volleyball sport in our municipality. It would help showcase the talent of aspiring volleyball players who would be part of Pigcawayan Volleyball Association when it comes to sportsmanship, skills, and discipline every member of PVA and ensures a well-balanced education through initiating academic and co-curricular activities that enhance the total well-being of the members of the organization. The Pigcawayan Volleyball Association is also aiming that every volleyball player should have the chance to acquire the abilities necessary for success in interscholastic, regional, and/or national youth volleyball competitions. Through outstanding coaching and community support, we are dedicated to giving our volleyball players the best environment possible to realize their full playing potential. We work hard to give participants a strong foundation of fundamental and technical skills to aid in their growth as athletes and people. Our athletes will be pushed to reach new heights for their own development, the advancement of their teams, PVA, and their communities. Thus, any violation of the terms, conditions, and directives of the Pigcawayan Volleyball Association's Constitution and Bylaws shall be dealt with by the Organization Council as a violation of this Constitution unless action thereon has been delegated to a specific authority or unless the duly constituted authorities of the Municipality of Pigcawayan have taken cognizance of the violation, dealt with it, and ordered that the same be brought to the Organization Council's attention.
