Narra National High School Supreme Student Organization is an organized by students and supervised by adults teachers. The purpose of the student council is to give students an opportunity to develop leadership by organizing and carrying out school activities and service projects. In addition to planning events that contribute to school spirit and community welfare, the student council is the voice of the student body. They help share student ideas, interests and concerns with the school wide community. The function of the student council is based upon parliamentary procedures. Ideas are presented, voted upon and confirmed by the student body president. Any student that is interested in leadership, organizational behavior, event planning or becoming more involved in the school are welcome to become involved. This organization has the following objectives; 1. to serve as an umbrella of all other organizations in the school, exercise the rights, the privileges as well as the duties and responsibilities of the learners therein as student organization as provided by the Philippine Constitution and by the school, 2. To work with the school administration, clubs and other organizations for the welfare and development of the learners and the school as well; 3. to enhance social awareness and promote social consciousness among students and undertake projects and activities that are beneficial to the all learners; All secondary schools under the Department of Education of Bayawan City Division have its own student governments. The constitution and By-laws are adopted by all of the Deped public and private high schools.
