We, the officers and members of the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines, Inc. (PYAP, Inc.) imploring the aid of Almighty God in order to build a just and humane society that promotes the total development of the out-of-school youth and other disadvantaged youth to become self-reliant, economically productive and socially responsible citizens, endowed with values and behavior to assist the government in promoting justice, freedom, love, equality and peace.
