Economic Empowerment, Social Inclusion and Equity

Banda San Jose Juniors, under the umbrella of Banda San Jose of Las Pinas City takes pride in molding its members to be competitive musicians, prize-winners, of good character and responsible individuals. A community based, self-sustaining organization, the band gives free music lessons every summer for the youth who would like to be a part of BSJ, and continuous enhancement programs are in place to ensure their steady progress on playing their instruments. Members are trained vigorously not only to be valuable musicians of the group, but to prepare them for auditions for scholarship grants in college, as well. Thus, they are able to study in their chosen courses for free, thereby enabling them to pursue their professional careers. The success that they have achieved is also their motivation in giving back and helping the band by teaching the new members, helping manage the band and extending financial support to ensure that future generations of BSJ will be able to continue its noble tradition and secure a better future for every member.
