The Southern Philippines Chamber Singers started their humble beginnings as a community choir principally founded by Mr. Rogelio G. Saurin Jr. together with Mr. Leo Gonzales as the choir’s conductor. The inevitable changes and trends drive the Southern Philippines Chambers Singers to establish its youth choir – arm, the SPCS Panabo. The said subsidiary choir was proposed by Mr. Marc Louie Tingosia to adapt to the needs and demands of the society in empowering the youth sector and stand on their feet as they sing for all Panaboans.
