The Youth Peer Educator (YPE) is under the umbrella of Teens Health Quarter (THQ) also Known AS “ Tambayan sa kabataan” Ubay chapter isa a service for young people age 13-24 years old, providing correct, timely and relevant information, values clarification and behavior modeling that aims to contribute significantly to the improvement of the total well-being of our young people. Youth Peer Educator is a non-profitable organization’s Empower youth, entire 44 barangay under Municipality of Ubay. To build up the capacity of young people to plan and implement regards to different issues concerning youth.
