Environment

The community is allowing young people to deliberately develop their leadership potential by involving them, enabling them to grow and learn and eventually become thoughtful, capable leaders of society. Youth for Escopa III can assist in shifting the public's perspective of young people from being "the problem" to an essential component in improving community life. Youth for Escopa III can create a strong support system of like-minded peers who make good decisions and can persuade them to do the same.
