Education, Social Inclusion and Equity
The Southern Philippines Chamber Singers started their humble beginnings as a community choir founded by Mr. Rogelio G. Saurin Jr. together with Mr. Leo Gonzales, a former Philippine Madrigal Singer. The inevitable changes and trends drive the Southern Philippines Chambers Singers to establish its youth choir – arm, the SPCS Panabo. The said subsidiary choir was establish to adapt to the needs and demands of the society in empowering the youth sector and stand on their feet as they sing for all Panaboans. The SPCS Panabo is a subsidiary choir that is made up of junior singers who want to promote music through choral concerts and workshops. It also aims to give each member the opportunity to learn and grow their own individual abilities, musicianship, and associated performing skills.
