The Young Innovators Biliran Association is committed to empowering the community of Biliran through research-based innovation made from locally produced materials. We are dedicated to providing opportunities that enable farmers and other members of this local community to further develop their livelihoods and improve their lives. Objective: The objective of the Young Innovators Biliran Association is to create, test, and implement research-based innovations made from locally produced materials in order to improve the livelihoods of the local farmers and the greater Biliran community. Additionally, the Association will identify and fund necessary resources, cultivate a supportive environment for creative problem-solving, and advocate for sustainable economic growth.
