SAMAHAN NG MGA OUT OF SCHOOL YOUTH AND ADULT LEARNERS NG PUGO (SOSYAL) is a community-based organization of OSY learners enrolled in Alternative Learning System (ALS). Members are in good standing and entirely composed of the youth, who are twelve (12) years old and above. This organization will serve as the student voice for institutional decision-making.
