We, the students of the Burauen Community College, implementing the aid of the Divine Providence, in order to establish responsible and integrative Student Council which shall truthfully reflect and serve upon the needs, ideas and goals of its students, to protect and promote their interests, rights and welfare as well as to contribute on the furtherance of academic freedom and excellence, to foster on a good correlation among every students, faculties as well as the school administration and to promote students' awareness and effectiveness on its participation in the advancement of a quality and relevant education that would address the needs of its school community, do hereby ordain and promulgate this constitution.
