The Bula Municipal Youth Officials shall envision an active municipal community-based organization with audacious, proactive, and initiative-driven youth to realize their potential with the end goal of promoting personal and community development through the committed leadership of its officers and members. The Bula Municipal Youth Officials shall dynamically lead the implementation of the functional programs, projects, and activities for the youth with sincerity and enthusiasm through efforts with the active support of the innovative, responsive and empowered youth community.
