The DAMLAY_PLMAR is a legitimate organization of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina that gives value and importance on language, culture, environment and literature as a whole. The organization aims to develop each member skills in terms of arts particularly in language and literature and to be part of the Academe’s scholarly works that will enhance the quality of Filipino education. In addition, as part of our objectives to improve the education of each member, we are also conducting seminars, trainings, workshops and forums which have connections in language, culture, environment, literature and social development and responsiveness. The DAMLAY_PLMar being a student organization focuses on developing the talents of its members to create an individual possessing the core values of our City Government of Marikina and these are the concept of having DISCIPLINE, GOOD TASTE and EXCELLENCE which shall be the foundation to create good leaders committed to serve the academe, co-students and for the Filipino people in the new millennium.
