Sto. Tomas Scholars' Association is a Non-Government Organization composed of scholars coming from different barangays of the City of Sto. Tomas, Batangas. STSA aims to: Responsibly impart knowledge and wisdom learned with faith to serve the community of Sto. Tomas as models of the youth, and shall empower them for the growth. Build a globally competitive community in the future made up of scholars who reside in Sto. Tomas, Batangas; and Helping build the nation, apply all the learning and inculcate patriotism for the future of the country.
