The IBFANGA Youth Organization will be known as IBFAYO. It is organized to establish unity and camaraderie among youth. To encourage active participation in all youth affairs conducted by the organization. Also to plan, organize and conduct activities and projects that would be beneficial to the general welfare of the youth. Likewise to support youth in crisis situation and adhere to the policy of peace, equity and cooperation as its indispensable guiding light to the future young people.
