The SaLi Ka Tomasino! is a nationalist, democratic, autonomous organization of youth and aspiring youth leaders of Sto. Tomas, Batangas. It composed of any Tomasino youth and aspiring youth leaders of age 15 to 25 years old. It creates venues for the youth leaders to express their ideas and sentiments. This also envision to unite youth of Sto. Tomas, Batangas in a single body to empower more youth to become leaders in creating positive change within the community.
