Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) is the top co-curricular student group with the authority to manage and carryout relevant projects, programs, and activities in educational institutions across the country. By giving the students a variety of opportunities to develop their leadership knowledge, abilities and attitudes, it creates the foundation for excellent government, volunteerism, unity and cooperation. According to the objectives and tenets of participatory democracy and responsible citizenship, it teaches students how to become better citizens. More importantly, it aids in the Department of Education (DepEd) pursuit of objectives as obtained in the Basic Education Social Reform Agenda (BESRA), the millennium development goals and Education for All (EFA).
