The National Eagle Scouts Association of the Philippines - Arsenio Nicasio Katigbak Luz Chapter 11 is the Premiere Honor Society of Eagle Scouts in the Philippines. A youth-serving organization composed of Boy Scouts of the Philippines - Eagle Scouts, Jose Rizal Scouts, and Scout Citizen Awardees from the City of Lipa, Batangas. The association was founded during the height of the COVID 19 pandemic with 15 members via an online platform and increased to 30 members in the years that followed. The officials and members of the association are drawn from the group of students from higher education, as well as a larger proportion of professionals with high distinction and honor in their respective fields. The association is a voluntary, non-political, non-sectarian, and non-profit organization of Eagle Scouts that supports the cause of Scouting and the initiatives of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Lipa City Council in accordance with the ideals, purpose, principles, and methods conceived by Scouting's founder. The purpose of the organization is to bring together Eagle Scouts, Jose Rizal, and recipients of the Scout Citizen Award from the Lipa City Council. Promote leadership opportunities among its members through committee and activity participation, support the Council's Senior Scouts Advancement Program, and initiate, facilitate, and maintain Sustainable Development Programs, Projects, and Activities. The purpose of the organization will greatly benefit the youth, elders, environment, and community overseen by the association. The association is guided by a conceptual framework that concentrates on people, programs, and projects, as well as their respective sub themes.
