The Objectives of Barangay Children's Organization in Barangay Topas Proper, Nabua, Camarines Sur is to give information to everyone especially the children in the community about their rights as a child. Also the objectives of these is to give awareness about the disaster and more. The BCO helps the children to socialize and be a volunteer to a community, also to have their confidence to speak up about their opinions and others.
