The USGAA-NorthCot appeals to unify all Unites States government sponsored programs alumni into one conscientious, socially responsive, and engaged body. It supports and cooperates in the advancement and intensification of the cultural and educational programs of the United States government. Furthermore, the USGAA-NorthCot shall promote social, cultural, historical, political, and economic awareness among its members through different activities. These activities shall be relevant to national and international issues and events, to foster deeper appreciation for our country and significant understanding for international prospects, and lastly, it shall make every effort to foster harmony, understanding, and goodwill with other United States Government Alumni Associations and U.S.-related organizations within or outside the Philippines.
