Ha Uman Youth Organization is an organization of Ha Uman Parent Association as stated in their Constitution and ByLaws. It was organized last March 4, 1994. It envisions an active, responsible youth and sustainable organization with effective, workable plan for the total development of the youth with its mission to demonstrate self-discipline, active participation, and unity in building the whole being of the youth thru formal and non-formal education with proper and network. HYO is led by active, capacitated and empowered youth as a result of quality programs of HA UMAN. As a child advocate organization, HYO aims to: A. Help promote child protection mechanism and development initiatives of HAUMAN together with other partners. B. Make enriching activities for children and youth for them to improve their skills and talents. C. Provide opportunities for children and youth to enjoy their right to participation by being involve in civic engagements and advocacy activities in different platforms. D. Develop champions and change agents in the community with regards to child protection, development, health, education and environment. E. Support entrepreneurial and industrial skills of youth to help them productive in life. F. Work with partners to improve members living condition and increase organizational development. Ha Uman Youth Organization is steadfast in achieving their organizational goals towards reaching their dreams with the strong support of HaUman Parents Association and partners
