Davao de Oro Hosting Guild Mawab Chapter , formally established onJune 25, 2023, is a non-profit organization of young people with a strong passion and aptitude for hosting that provides opportunities for youth to develop their skills, knowledge, and self-confidence. The main objective of this Organization is to encourage young people to get involved in the community and become active citizens by offering chances for them to engage in community service and civic activities. Finally, this youth organization gives avenues for young people to develop skills through training or mentoring programs that help young people acquire the knowledge and experience necessary for future career success given that being able to communicate clearly and confidently in front of others can open doors to opportunities for career advancement.
