Peace-Building and Security

The creation of POINTY Inc. started with ISA Plan "Sabel" which was crafted by the commanding officer of 4th civil military operations battalion, 4th infantry division, Philippine army - MAJ Eugenio Julio C Osias IV (INF) PA and implemented by the unit's staff officers and personnel's. A youth based, non-stock and non-profit organization composed of graduates of Youth Leadership Summit (YLS) within Region X (Northen Mindanao) and Region XIII (Caraga) Members of the organization includes the youth with ages ranging 15-40 years old To support the armed forces of the Philippines, the govemment (through the LGUs and other govemment agencies), non-government organization and other stakeholders in the pursuit of peace and development To prevent the youth sector from engaging in the deceptive strata of threat groups (e.g. communist terrorist group, violent extremist, etc.)
