The organization Madayaw Dabaw Youth is composed of young leaders ages 15-30 years old from different barangay of Davao City; mostly out-of-school youth. Reached and organized by education Development Center Inc. under the USAID Opportunity 2.O program that aims to provide second opportunities through facilitating education, employment, entrprenuership/livelihood and engagement. Madayaw Dabaw Youth underwent different types of activities that inculcates life skills and technical skills training, youth leadershio circle and design thinking for youth engagement. Madayaw Dabaw youth is currently composed of 9 (Officers) and twenty-two members and currently looking for more youth members particularly the out of school youth. The youth led organization is now leading in implementing community and youth-based activities such as youth volunteering activity and mobilize youth for capacity buildings in partnership with different line agencies and private sectors. Madayaw Dabaw Youth is a member of Davao City for Out-of-School Youth Development (DCAOSYD) and consistently sir-in and participate in the plans and development for the out-of-school youth.
