The Talisay City College - Supreme Student Council sets an example of true leadership and service to the school and its students through maintaining a fair and equal system for students, provide a safe environment for them, and assist them in reaching their life goals. Towards the achievement of the organizational vision, mission statements, the following goals are hereby articulated to wit: (a) Protect the rights and promote the general welfare of the students; (b) Develop and implement programs, projects and activities necessary for the total development of the students, the school, and the community; (c) Inculcate the values of honesty, prudence, commitment in service and promote the moral and social well-being of the students; (d) Provide mechanisms for competent and effective channels of communication between the students and the administration of the Talisay City College; (e) Coordinates with the school administration in all matters affecting the student’s interest and help the college in carrying out its vision, mission, and goals statement.
