One of LGU Tulunan’s priority program is youth development and empowerment, thus the conduct of Tulunan Young Leaders’ Congress annually. TYLC Batch BANDAAG or Batch 2 was conducted last July 22, 2018 at Farmer’s Training Center at Municipal Compound, Tulunan, Cotabato the said congress was participated by youth from different barangays of Tulunan. BANDAAG is an acronym for BAnaag - DAmlag – Agape. Banaag which means light, Damlag is future and Agape the fatherly love of God.
