The Siway is an apolitical youth-serving organization composed of the alumni of Cotabato Young Leaders Congress. The organization aims to; provide programs and platforms for young Cotabateños to develop themselves in primarily in the leadership, Active Citizenship and Peace Building; heighten the sense of ownership and responsibility on the current issues of the youth, and formulate solutions in addressing the needs; and equip and develop timely and significant tools and lenses essential in community building and youth development and empowerment.
