In many societies of the contemporary world, present leaders were at one point in time youth leaders or youth members of a gone generation. When the youths work side by side with other experienced parties of the organization in various programs and actions, developmental ideas can be achieved. This organization comprises of the board of officers with the unified and active member who voluntarily participate and invested their time with the organization to serve the youth. This youth organization aims at involving youths in it and in its activities as community partners because when youths are involved fully in leadership and in decision making, both in the organization and in their own affairs, they tend to bring out not only their idealism and creativity but also their experiences that adds up to the maturity of the rest of the members. The U4You aims to: o TO FILL THE GAPS AND PROBLEMS EXPERIENCED BY THE YOUTH INLIGN WITH EDUCATION. o TO BUILD EFFECTIVE COMMUNITY-SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP. o TO ESTABLISH CONNECTION FROM SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN COUNCIL. o TO EMPOWER YOUTH IN GIVING IMPORTANCE TO EDUCATION.
