The name of the organization shall be PRIME ORGANIZATION OF ENGLISH TEACHERS AND STUDENTS (POETS). The address of the organization shall be at Nueva Vizcaya State University, Brgy. Don Mariano Perez, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. The objectives of the organization shall be: 1. To foster a relationship among members whose interests lie in building and establishing a peaceful and cooperative community. 2. To uphold wholesome and harmonious relationship among its members and authority. 3. To encourage each member of the organization to improve individual efficiency as worthy members of the society. 4. To organize, coordinate and cooperate with other organization in the promotion of intelectual and socio- cultural programs and legitimate activities of teachers and students.
