4-H is a global youth development program that empowers young people which skills to lead for a lifetime. It is a community of young people across Philippines who are learning leadership, citizenship, and life skills, 4-H stands for Head, Heart, Hands and Health, which represents the four areas of personal growth that the program aims to develop. The objectives of the 4-H are to: Provide youth with opportunities to develop life skills, such as leadership, responsibility, and teamwork. Encourage youth to explore areas of interest, such as agriculture, science and community service. Provide a safe and supportive environment for youth to learn and grow. 4-H achieves these objectives through a variety of educational programs, activities, and events, including workshops, competitions and community serves projects. The program is open to all youth ages 12-30, single regardless of race, gender or socio-economic background.
