The Youth Advocates for the Philippines, also known as YAP, is a youth-led, non-profit, and socio-civic organization that paves the way for the youth to experience socio-civic involvement through a series of advocacy-based projects and initiatives. It is considered a family of youth leaders who aims to promote volunteerism advocation of solutions towards relevant issues in the Philippines, and the composition of sustainable and innovative ways of nurturing the betterment of the society. YAP aims to instill a passion for service and a sense of initiative to future youth leaders through outreach programs and volunteer-based initiative catered to a line of diverse advocacies. Through these activities, the organization aims to inspire the youth to take greater action towards mobilizing the achievement of their advocacies, while continuing to see the necessity of working for action-based solutions. YAP aims to pursue the aspiration of volunteers inspiring others to uphold advocacies and work towards the integration of social mobilization into a community. To achieve this goal, the volunteers shall continue to formulate action-based solutions through significant outreach projects relevant to the need of the times.
