Tulunan Young Leader's Congress is an organization of youth leaders from Tulunan. It has more or less 60 volunteers from 2017 up to the present with 5 batches of youth undergone the congress. Volunteers or members are from the different barangays of this municipality, TYLC volunteers in LGU Tulunan, Deped, AFP and PNP activities and many other organizations from the locality.
