The 4-H club is an organization of out-of-school youth (OSY) and in-school youth (ISY) involved in agriculture programs and livelihood projects for the four-fold development of the Head, Heart, Hands and Health. 4-H club is for the youth who are single. From, 10-30 years old, the membership is open and voluntary, emphasizes community based projects in agriculture and home making and it is an avenue for farm family development.
