The Kabugao Youth Mobile Force (KYMF) establish an organization that shall unite the youth members of the different barangays of Kabugao to constitute ourselves as an effective and productive component of the community, aligning ourselves to the good Filipino and kabuhaw values.KYMF Promote youth participation in government agencies which helps address juvenile delinquency and communism, Involve themselves in promoting environment-friendly activities and help in mitigating and managing environment related issues and concerns, Empower the youth in being responsive in the current issues and challenges in the community and in instilling the importance of quality education, Encourage youth participation in civic activities, bringing them to be an active, sustainable, productive and competent youths of the community and Actively participate in the promotion of healthy living, addressing physical and psychosocial concerns to mitigate youth participation in risk taking behaviors.
