Tarlac Cotabato Youth Council of Leaders is also known as T.C.Y.C.L that aims to create programs that are productive and useful for progression of the community. T.C.Y.C.L supports the ideas and activities of the youth that creates interactions between officers and members so that programs and projects are properly executed, and goals are well accomplished. T.C.Y.C.L is also an organization that secures the safety of everyone in the community and promotes a safe and healthy environment and ensures a great service to the neighborhood.
