Ibona 4H Club Clover Youth is a dynamic agricultural organization dedicated to cultivating the future farming and fostering community development. Rooted in the values of integrerity, benovelence , oppurtunity, nature and acheivemnet, our club empowers young individuals to become leaders in agriculture and while championing crucial advocacies Objectives Agrucultural Education - we aim to educate and equipe young farmers with the latest agricultural knowlwdge and techniques through workshops, training and mentorship, we ensure that in the next generation of agriculturist is well prepared and informed. Environment Stewardship - we are commited to sustainable farming practices that promote environmental health. our members engage in reforestation efforts, organic farming , and waste reduction projects to protect and preserve our natural resources. Health and Nutrition - We promote healthy living by emphasizing the importance of nutritious food and safe farming practices. our goal is to improve the overall health and well being of our communities through agriculture. Peacebuilding - we believe that agriculture can be a tool of peace and reconciliation. through agricultural cooperation and dialogue, we work to bridges divides and promote harmony with in our communities. Active Citizenship - We encourage youth to take an active role in thier communities by participating in agricultural development projects and community and community gardens. we believe that agriculture can be a vehicle for civic engagement and social change. Social Inclusion and Equity - we are commited to creating inclusive spaces for agriculture , ensuring that all individuals, regardless of background or ability, have access to agricultural oppurtunities and resources. Economic Empowerment - we provide training and support to help young farmers start and sustain thier agricultural bussiness. our aim   is to reduce unemployment and empower touth to become self reliant agricultura entreprenuer.
