The Societal adolescent New Alliance is a standalone multi-partial -youth organization therefore no office is being associated as an owner of the organization. SAYA envisions a proactive young people of Cotabato City and Maguindanao instilled with competent leaders that promotes good camaraderie and equipped in addressing social issues by upholding the spirit of collective leadership. SAYA serves as a youth hub that bring together youth leaders that foster solidarity, mutual respect, and inclusivity to address social issues that affects the growth of the youth.
