SABLA, the Student Association of Book & Library Advocates, has a mission to empower UCCians by inspiring them to engage in societal issues, build meaningful relationships, and create a strong community. We provide a safe, supportive environment for personal growth. Our vision is to shape UCC students into confident, knowledgeable, and compassionate individuals prepared for any situation. We offer learning, leadership development, and community engagement opportunities to cultivate leaders dedicated to making a difference. The SABLA logo, featuring shades of Maroon, Cream, and Yellow, symbolizes optimism, energy, happiness, and intellect. An open book with three stars signifies students' potential to reach their dreams through learning, emphasizing the power of knowledge and unity. Aligned with the University of Caloocan City's mission and vision, SABLA strives to: Establish a distinguished university library in Caloocan City, foster disciplined, library-oriented individuals, efficiently manage the library to meet users' needs and create a comfortable and secure library environment, encourage student utilization. Through these goals, SABLA enhances the educational experience and enriches the lives of UCC students.
