The PSU Economics Society envisions well-equipped individuals that will stand on the threshold of economics and its fundamental function to national development. Guarded with its core valuesexcellence, competence, and dynamism. The Economics Society of Palawan State University aims to establish and provide innovations towards interactive education, cultural diversity, and enhanced social interaction. We therefore adhere to uplift moral, mental, and socio-cultural awareness of each member of the organization. The society’s primary goal is to enrich members knowledge of economic principles, theories and policies through various activitiess, including workshop and seminars conducted by the organization that focus on academic engagement that promote learning through this kind of activities. The eveny not only delve into complex economic concepts but also focus on their practical implication of global economy today. Apart from academic pursuits, the PSU ECOSOC actively encourages networking opportunities and the exploration of potential careers in the field of economics. They organize career fairs, panel discussions with alumni working in diverse economic sector and mentorship programs, all aimed at guiding members towards succssful career paths. The PSU Economics Society also takes prode in its commitmnet to community engagement and public service. Through various initiatives and volunteer wor, they seek to apply economic knowledge to address society challenges and contribution positively to the local community.
