Section 1. The organization shall envision to have excellent and globally competitive individuals. Section 2. The organization shall pursue to have an enhance and efficient projects and programs that enrich best experiences and practice for every Out of School Youth of Narra Del Norte District. Section 3. The organization shall have the following objectives: a. Provide skills training or Livelihood Program. b. Create income generating projects. c. Engage in different environmental services. d. Participate in Educational and civic activities. e. Provide basic services to community. f. Encourage OSY to pursue their basic, vocational or even higher Education.
