People Oriented Leadership on Arts, Recreation, Individuality, and Social Sciences or POLARISS is an official organization of Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) of Angelo L. Loyola Senior High School since 2021 up to the present. The entire organization presently consists of 601 individuals, including students from both Grade 11 and Grade 12 in the HUMSS strand. The main goal of this organization is to provide services in the school and the community wherein all HUMSS students are exposing in different activities which aim to make sure that everyone will grow as a student and as participating member of society by providing social services through outreach programs and community engagement that address the needs and challenges faced by neighboring communities. The organization fosters the spirit of volunteerism among its students by providing opportunities for them to participate in community enrichment programs. It nurtures their unique talents through active involvement in diverse academic pursuits, both within and beyond the campus. POLARISS empowers its students to embrace responsibility by encouraging independent learning across various subjects and extracurricular activities. Lastly, the organization cultivates the leadership abilities of its students by involving them in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives initiated by the institution. POLARISS is not only an organization of the HUMSS strand of ALLSHS rather it is the place where every student can be themselves in every way that they can be for both school and the community where they belong.
