United Volleyball Enthusiasts of Virac is a youth organization operating and has the scope of membership in the Municipality of Virac, advocating Healthy Lifestyle through making available programs and activities related to volleyball-sport that has the prime intention to enhance and develop one's skill and character. This Organization shall have the following objectives: a. To provide its members the opportunity to practice volleyball sport and to pass leisure time actively; b. To strive for the adoption of legislation, policies and other measures that will promote the physical, emotional, social and general well-being of all the members; c. To protect and uphold the individual and collective rights of all the members; d. To promote unity, peace, love, and camaraderie among members. To implement development programs and projects under the Local Youth Development Council and other government agencies that are favorable to the members; e. To ventilate, articulate and crystalize issues affecting the organizations; f. To establish an income-generating project/s (IGP) for the sustainable and operational funding of the Organization; g. To accept donations, grants, contribution and other legal contributions from any person, corporation, foundations and organizations - public or private, locally of internationally; h. To promote the enlightenment of all the members in regard to their rights and obligation as United VEV members; and i. To contribute to the state its modest share of nation building through self-help programs and activities.
