Kamarunggayan Youth Organization (KYO) is a coalition of unified youths of Sitio West, San Julian, Bantay, Ilocos Sur who persevere to commit in doing right deeds, provide young people a forum to fully and effectively deal with an issue that especially important to them, such as involvement to non-productive activity, youth violence, health and education, and develop our potentials for the betterment of ourselves and the community as a whole. The organization shall have the following objectives: a. To support and guide the young members of the community in becoming more responsible citizens by fostering awareness of their duties to their God, their community, and their fellowman. b. To cultivate teamwork and collaboration through team-building activities, emphasizing the importance of working together towards common goals. c. To encourage personal development and well-being of youth by providing resources, guidance, and activities that target holistic health. d. To instill a sense of environmental responsibility through initiatives that contribute to the preservation and sustainability of the local environment. e. To empower youth through educational initiatives to enhance academic success. f. To establish the organization as non-profit, non-sectarian, nonpolitical, and committed to nondiscrimination.
