Abbayao Pangkat Mananayaw is an official performing group of the Isabela State University City of Ilagan Campus and it aims to promote holistically fitness not just to its members but also to the whole youth and adults of the campus; in addition, its objectives are to inspire people, bring pride to the campus and its members, share and adapt knowledge, and be a role model to the youth as well to its community.
