To promote mutual cooperation among members. To adopt measures that promotes the interest and welfare of the Rural Youth and the families as well. To promote unity and peace, love and camaraderie among members. To implement rural development programs and projects under the Department of Agriculture and other government agencies that are favorable to the members. To ventilate and crystalize issues affecting the organization. To provide the youth with opportunities to learn by doing through individual group and community projects. To enhanced productivity and self-reliance through gainful projects. To instill awareness on the conservation of the environment. To act as an extension arm of the Department of Agriculture in the implementation of farm home resource.
