This organization shall be known as BIYO - Barangay Ingas Youth Organization. Throughout this document, this organization shall be referred to as BIYO. BIYO established on September 12, 2015 and revitalizing on December 29, 2022. The Founder of BIYO is Mr. Romeo P. Avellaneda. The organization is community-based organization. The organization shall envision to: A God fearing and responsible youth with aspiration and pivotal role in the society. The organization shall pursue to: BIYO is committed to influencing the Youth greatly to achieve enough knowledge and skills in different fields to bring them into success. And be part of forming a happy, healthy, and progressive community. The organization shall have the following objectives: Youth Development Training and Value formation and Encourage and inspire the youth to strive more and to pursue their dreams.
